1-2-1 postnatal support
Parenting is hard and can take a toll on our nervous system. I offer practical tips and techniques to deal with the frustrations and difficulties that can be present when you have a baby/toddler from the comfort of your own home.
The sessions are an opportunity to dedicate some time to look after yourself and your emotional and mental well-being. I can offer bespoke guided relaxations tailored to you and your circumstances.
a 1.5 hour session is £35 and can include:
initial consultation to discuss presenting issues
bespoke guided relaxations/meditations
tips to soothe and regulate nervous system

Postnatal Support Circle
This will be a weekly group held online. Numbers will be limited to help foster a sense of trust and intimacy within the group.
This weekly meeting will be an opportunity to connect with other local Mothers, take some time for yourself, learn and practice techniques to sooth and regulate your nervous system, leaving you better equipped to deal with life's daily demands
