May Group Course

Service Description

This course is spread over 4 weeks to give you plenty of time to practice the techniques you will  learn, ask questions and make connections with other members of the group. The  more you practice the more you will get out of it it and the weekly group is a gentle way to check in and encourage and nurture a good habit. ​ The group class is an opportunity to connect with other families and share any questions or worries and the joys of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. When you join the group class you can be added to the group's WhatsApp group. There will also be an opportunity to get to know one another at a post course social.
