May group course

Service Description

This course is spread over 4 weeks to give you plenty of time to practice the techniques you will  learn, and ask questions. The  more you practice the more you will get out of it it and the weekly group is a gentle way to check in and encourage and nurture a good habit. ​ The group class is an opportunity to connect with other families and share any questions or worries as well as the joys of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. There is also the option of being added to a group's WhatsApp.
